Had a great buying experience with the salesperson (who like all good salesman) was great , very personable and responsive to our requests. What I do not like are this delaers hours of operation. Sales closes Friday at 6. Service closes M-F at 5 and I don't want to spend part of my day off in a dealership for an oil change. Also as we bought a new Toyota at another dealership at Kanata Toyota I thought their parts department was great, I asked for a windshield ice scrapper and came away with a boatload of stuff when I told him I just bought the car, here nada. It's the stuff you don't expect that wows a customer and brings them back for service and ultimately a new vehicle in a few years. What happened to washing your car everytime it goes in for service? At least Belleville Toyota still includes a full tank of gas and did a great job going over the vehicles features(the Rosen system alone takes min. 1/2 an hour ha-ha)
