Just bought a 2011 Venza from Skip at Dick Poe. Highly recommend this dealership over Hoy Fox Toyota. Being military I did the USAA pricing and Edmunds.com research to id all rebates and dealer hold back, MSRP, invoice, etc. Bottom line is that DIck Poe beat the USAA price and did not give us any drama. Hoy Fox couldn't and would not even talk to us- tried the old let me talk to the MGR and then after 3 refusals the Big Ol' MGR came over in person to talk to us. I told him "no thanks" and headed straight back to see Skip at Dick Poe Toyota.

On a side note, we had just finished all our paperwork when an infamous El Paso windstrom blew some of the plastic awning of the building and right on top of our new car. Skip without hesitation told us there was a shipment coming in that night and swapped it out for us at the same price. Even though the new one had $800 in extra accessories.
