New Country Toyota, Saratoga Springs, NY
In July 2011, My wife and I decided to trade in her 2009 Malibu, and after a bad experience with our local Toyota dealership we hit the internet and requested quotes from several of our Capital District (Albany,NY) dealers.
The first dealership to respond in about 10 minutes was New Country Toyota, during the course of our negotiations, we found them to be a reliable, straight talking dealership. We handled our trade of my wife's car and the negotiations over the phone and came to a deal.
About a week later we were scheduled to pick up her new Venza, on a Saturday this is what occurred.
We were met by the Sales Manager Michael at the door, in a very friendly manner.
The Venza was parked inside for easy viewing and easy delivery, never saw this in 40 years of buying.
Our Salesman Erik Duffy, met us and completed the paperwork on her new car, along with the finance lease manager.
They were very thoughtful and as per norm offerred us various add ons to our lease, but without any pressure.
We will definetly return to this dealership in three years after the end of the lease.
Now lets talk about the Service Department:
Two visits there one to have an extra sensor key cut so that we could have remote start added, which was done at a reasonable price through the dealership.
The second visit was for our complimentary oil change around christmas time.
The service was exemplary, you didn't even get out of your vehicle in the weather you pulled up to and entrance with an automatic door and they took it from there.
The area in and around the service waiting area, was well thought out with complimentary water and coffee.
The service writers were friendly and helpfull before we knew it the service was done.
All in all it was an excellent experience for us, not our first Toyota, and not our last.
Just remember they are there to negotiate, and there are no high pressure sales efforts, their manner is to provide the customer with the options available to the best sales satisfaction you will probably ever have.
