Just purchased a 2011 Venza from Philpott Toyota in Nederland, Texas. I live in Louisiana but could not deal with the only local dealership. Since this dealer is only about 30 miles away I contacted their online sales person, Charlie Rowland, who emailed me some prices that looked very attractive. So I drove over and was able to negotiate the price I wanted to pay plus get the trade-in I expected for my car. A very pleasurable experience with no pressure and only had to deal with my salesman (Charlie Rowland) for everything. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.
