    Default Sterling McCall the worst

I purchased a 2010 Venza from Sterling McCall - the car was a demo and had 3,000 mi on it. I only got one key and no owners manual I politely asked for these and was totaly ignored. wrote to region and was also ignored. Car now has 4,000 mi last night alarm started for no reason. had to disconnect battery and abandon car. No clue how to stop alarm. Maybe with a manual??

Manuals are available in PDF format online for free from Toyota. Go to http://www.toyota.com/owners/ and register. You'll see the downloads when you're logged in.

Where is the dealership located, feel free to name names if it might help you get them to give you what you need, not at all the type of service I have known from Toyota so shame on them.

    Default Thanks for the Manual

Thanks for the link to the manual.

The only person we spoke to at Stirling was "Raad" the sales manager. He would not return email or phone calls. Happy with the car not happy with treatment from Toyota.

As Scott mentioned, that treatment is not typical. I've dealt with three here in the Gulf Coast region (Mississippi and Alabama) and all have been very accommodating. Glad the link helped.
