Only my own problems, but service sucks.

here are the issues I had:

1) you can rarely get service on the line. On most occasions, they call a day late (happene dto me to take an appointment)
2) kept my car 4 days to finally let me know that the parts we B/O
3) ever since I purchased my Venza, I had rattles coming from the back suspension. It took 5 visits to finallly fix it. At one point, I even had a drive with them, and the acknowledged the problem but could not figure it out. Only to find out on my 2 last visits that there were 2 TSBs addressing the problem.
4) and a small accident where I hit a curb and sliced a tire. Asked to verify suspension and redo alignment. Nothing borken, did alignment, but car came out with steering offset 10 degrees. Had to come in again to get it straighten out.
