Hi All,

I purchased my Venza mid-July 2010 in Toronto, Canada. Its the Navi/ JBL. I cannot connect Iphone 3GS using the USB interface to play the ipod. If I start the engine and then connect my iphone and select USB tab in the Audio, the music starts playing immediately for about 3-5 seconds. The music then stops and gradually the text details vanish and everything in the USB tab goes blank in about a minute. I have tried new cable, etc but nothing works. I took it to the dealer and they tried several things including installing a new multi-media interface. But no change. I know some people have suggested jailbreaking the iphone and installing after market equipment. I don't want to try those options as yet. Can somebody help with another suggestion/ solution? (BT audio streaming works though).
