I am making a canvas cover to protect the backseat/cargo area from my dogs. I am about done but I am trying to figure out how to keep the canvas along the back doors held up and out. I've hung the cover from the front seat headrest posts, the back is held up to the cargo hooks. And I took out the rear shade and used the bolts in the recesses to hold up that part. But I don't really want to hang the middle from the oh-shite handles, they seem kinda cheap and don't look to hold much weight. I'm afraid the dogs will try to get at the windows like they usually do and pull it down and tear up the doors, so possibly up to around 300lbs of dogs on it. Anybody have any ideas?
