Side window deflectors
Has anyone installed side window deflectors on their Venza? If so did they add to the outside noise? I have them on my truck and they work very well and I don't notice the noise. New to this forum and the my Venza, would appreciate input. If it is a go am going to have them painted to match the car.
Love my Venza.
Thanks, Dave

I just installed a set of WeatherTech deflectors tonight, I will post tomorrow with the noise results. I got the dark smoked ones for my gray Venza and they look great!

Thanks for your reply Lburton,
Please let me know about the noise and if possible pictures. My car got wet the other day when I left the window down a little.
Thanks, dave

I installed them last night, took about 40 min. and they look great. This picture is not my car, but it is the deflector set I bought:

They are from WeatherTech.
I did not notice any change in the wind noise.

Thanks Lburton,
The pic helps, was concerned that they would cover the chrome since there is so little chrome on the car. Was thinking about getting bull bars for the front with some chrome, don't know my would go for it though.
Thanks, Dave

If you want some chrome up front you might want to go for the chrome grille inserts
This is a photo of my Venza

Here are some photos of my Venza

These snap on over the existing grilles, but don't stick out or look fake

Just got my side window deflectors yesterday, (driver and pass side) got the dark tint ones.
Ordered thru toyota parts. They are the weathertech's. Had them installed in just a few minutes.
They are a nice low profile and blend in well with the Venza profile.

Thanks bigallis,
I appreciate the comments from Lburton too, I am going ahead and ordering mine, I have a body shop that will paint them to match the pearl white of the car so that is the way I will go. When I get them done will send pics.
Thanks, Dave

Chrome options
McGalliard01,
If you want more chrome on the doors, there are also some aftermarket covers for the vertical door pillars. They are held on with 3M tape.

There are also chrome covers for the mirrors, fog light bezels, door handles and wheels available. Here is a link to a site that shows them all. I have never bought anything from this site, I am just referencing it so you can see the options.
I have been thinking of getting the door pillar covers myself. If I do, I post on it.
