Hit them in the pocket book , thats why HONDA is #1 now, Toyo's gone down hill bad IMO.

Uhemmm I don't think so.........Toyota is way down but so is Honda.
Sales as of Oct 2011 (percent):
Toyota -7.90
Honda -.5
Nissan +18
Hyundai +22.8
GM +1.8
Ford +6.2
Chrysler +27
Kia +20.8
The Honda Civic sales are down -5 percent on their new release......it's a flop. Honda's design is bland and unattractive and their sales numbers are showing customers are moving to other reliable brands that are much more appealing to the eye......and more cost competative.
While companies like Hyunda (Elantra) sales are up +36.9 percent (Hyundai & Kia shown above are the same company with sales of +22.8 & +20.8 percent respectively).

2010 Venza AWD V6...SILVER
Here it comes....Not being rude but come on.
To those that state cars have huge blind spots don't have proper driving skills or don't understand proper driving technics. Here's a list of issues I see everyday...
Mirrors, adjusted wrong or don't even use them.
-Side mirrors adjusted so you see the side of your car. This is wrong.
+Drivers mirror..put your head on the window and adjust the mirror until you can't see your own car
+Passanger mirror..lean to the center of the car and adjust the mirror until you can't see your own car
Make these adjustments and you'll be amazed at what you can see. Warning...it will take some getting used to..you have to trust your mirrors
Buy a stick on convex mirror for the drivers side
Drivers that actually take their eyes off the road to look over their sholder instead of using the mirrors...Sorry but you need to learn better driving skills. This can be very dangerous for you and others.
Google proper settings for side mirrors to learn more.
Everybody should have to learn to drive in a panel van (no windows)..You'll learn quick to trust your mirrors and looking over your sholder is useless..
I've owned or driven (company cars) a total of 14 cars in my 23 years of driving, not including rentals. I've never had a blind spot issue. I'll give you that cars today have less visability looking out the back...again you can use your mirrors.
As yolu can tell it's a pet peeve.
Please Google the proper instrustions for adjusting your side mirrors and stop looking over your sholder....I see you.
Hope this helps maybe one person...thanks for reading my rant.
I agree as well. I had read many reviews by Venza owners describing 'Blind Spots' but I have yet to encounter any when driving my 2011 Venza FWD V6. The view directly out the back glass is maybe slightly compromised but I keep my eyes on the road/traffic in front of me as well as the left & right sides. I have good peripheral vision and my mirrors are adjusted properly which certainly help in congested driving situations.
