I'm experiencing the same issue as AJ-car keeps wandering according to road bank-very annoying, tiring and dangerous. I wouldn't advise to buy it until they correct this issue.

In addition to all the things others have mentioned, I hate the soft, felt cardboard liner in the rear wheel wells. This is the only car in the world that has this soft liner. What were they thinking?
Toyota/Lexus uses the soft fender liners for the sound deadning properties. It's becoming more popular with other automotive manufactures as well.
My old Audi A4 had it.
The stereo can only load ONE CD at a time.
09 FWD V6
I really like the look of the Venza and the interior is comfortable compared to many other vehicle in the same class.....Here goes the dislikes
Rattles
Poorly fitting dashboard parts
Center console is a poor design and noisy
Gauge cluster belongs in a mini van not a "sport wagon"
Leather on the seats is sooooo cheap
Telescoping steering wheel does not telescope out far enough for me
JBL stereo blows
Navigation blows
Nanny features on the navigation blow (I abandoned the $2000 nav for a Garmin)
No hood hydralics
VSC problems and error codes
Odd throttle mapping at low speeds
Delay of the tranny to engage when put in gear
Due to the above the car tends to lurch when you anticipate the throttle to actually work
Auto dimming rearview is not nearly dark enough...even with tinted window.
Sunroof creeks when going over bumps
Lack of tuning or seek button on steering wheel controls
With the electronic push button start: when you shut down the engine and open the door the door chime dings as if you left the key in the ignition (no keys with push button) you have to close the door to unlatch the relay and make it stop. Errrrrrrr
Engine has a knocking noise similar to a valve tap or a diesel. Toyota claims its normal due to the lack of piston skirts. They call it piston slap...that's right folks, the piston is hitting the cylinder wall and Toyota calls this normal. They claim better gas mileage. This was changes in later years due to so many complaints.
So, even though I like the way the car looks, and it drives nice on the road, I've thought about selling it. The problem is I've got higher mileage and just put $1000 worth of tires on it. Not to mention H&R lowering sport springs. I wish it had the quality of a Toyota 10 years ago.
You have to understand that this is a Toyota the home of cheap vehicles! Even though they are cheap they suit a purpose?
Cheap driving!
I guess that's a wise comment, however with a sticker price of $38,XXX for my Venza I don't consider that cheap. Additionally, with a brand like Lexus next door they should be able to share some technology, fit and finish without breaking the bank.
When you consider what else is out there for $38,XXX (sticker) the Toyota loses its shine. FYI..I bought mine as a corporate demo, so I didn't pay through the nose.
